This was really good, but once we reached the middle, I realised that the base wasn't properly cooked at the center. So it needed a little extra cooking time.
I made this according to the recipe except that rather than use canned fruit, I used real chopped up apples and fresh cherries. I added some corn starch to the fruit, but no extra sugar after reading some of the other reviews that the recipe was sweet in the first place. All in all it turned out really well and tasty (and a good texture), but was a bit different from other cobblers I've had.
