I like to take the cream cheese mixture and put it in the Apple Crisp II recipe because I don't like the idea of microwaving dessert. Everyone liked it when I made it though.

This was great- i doubled the recipe and my husband ate a whole pan himself! I baked it, though, rather than cooking it in the microwave.

Loved it and the kids did too! I had a can of apple pie filling and just used that. It turned out wonderful :)

This was absolutely delicious. The cream cheese and egg really enhances this recipe beyond other plain "fruit crisp" recipes. I topped mine with some American and cheddar cheese, for a different taste. Also, if you are in a hurry, you can substitute the apple filling ingredients with canned apple pie filling. It saves you a good chunk of time.

THis dish turned out great!! I had some left over dried apricots that I needed to do something with and I added them in. I also substituted sour cream for the milk since I had it around. My husband loved it!
