INGREDIENTS

10 cups torn mixed salad greens
1 cup chopped red apple
1 cup cubed Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
HONEY DRESSING:
2/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

In a large salad bowl, combine the greens, apple, cheese and walnuts. In a blender or food processor, combine the first eight dressing ingredients. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Serve with salad.

The dressing is marvelous, and easy. The salad is also easy, and together with the dressing adds a zesty touch of class to any meal.

Awesome! The dressing is the best part. I made the dressing the night before and it did not even separate. I will definitely make it again.

Made recipe without any changes twice now. Once for my family(had to test before serving at a party lol) and second for a party. Everyone raved about it and several people requested the recipe. I loved it. Awesome recipe.
