Apple Butter Ham Glaze

"I was looking for a way to use the last of my homemade apple butter and thought it would make a great ham glaze. We tried it and my hubby couldn't get enough. Hope you like it too!"

Original Recipe Yield 1 1/2 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple butter
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Whisk together the apple butter, orange juice, dried onion flakes, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan. Simmer until slightly thickened.

  • Follow the cooking directions on the ham package. Brush glaze over your ham 30 minutes before it is finished.
