Excellent Bundt cake. I use 3 large Honeycrisp apples and stirred them into the batter. I also only used 2 tsp. baking powder because I like a heavier cake. My timing was about 45 min. After cooling, I glazed it with : boil on med...1/2c butter, 1/4 c water, 1 c. sugar, 2 tsp. imitation rum or vanilla.
Boil stirring constantly for 5 min. Pour over cake.
