At first it tasted a little too much like mayo (it could have been the mayo I had; I bought a different kind this time) so I added three large spoons of vanilla yogurt and then we and our company gobbled it up.

Served this at a family cookout & everyone loved it. I give it 4 only because I found it necessary to make a few changes. I used 2 large apples and it seemed to be plenty. I used craisins because I don't like raisins. Otherwise followed the recipe and it was a hit!

This is absolutely delicious and even better the next day. I used home made mayonnaise which gave it a most lush and decadent texture and creaminess. Will be making many times this summer I'm sure! :)

Delish!! Love this recipe....I made a ton of changes however. I was determined NOT to go to the grocery store...Here's the scoop. I used 4 golden delicious apples, the brocolli I had left in the fridge, pecans instead of walnuts, dried cranberries instead of raisins (I hate raisins), about 4-5 packets of Splenda instead of sugar and reduced bacon to 3 thick cut strips. Also reduced the onion and added 3 stalks celery. So totally different salad but SOOOOOO good. Can't stay out of it. Hope you enjoy too. :) And thanks for posting Brenda!

Thanks for this great recipe. I made it for Thanksgiving and it was really good, but today, the day after Thanksgiving, it was even better. My family really loved it.

This is great! I add grapes and celery as other reviewers suggest but I think it would be good without it. I've already made it twice and had requests for the recipe.
