Excellent. At first I wasn't too sure, but with later bites I really really liked it. I'm just now realizing I forgot to add the bacon, which would be that perfect complement. Not sure how bf felt about it, but he ate them. Thanks for the recipe!

Not bad but not great. I cut back on the amount of apple, and also omitted the parsley. Oh, and I used fresh green beans. The dressing was good, if a little sweet. This was nice for a change but I won't be making it again. Thanks anyway!

This was really good. I like the combination of everything together - went well with the pork we had as a main. I have to admit that I didn't put as much of the sugar or cider vinegar as called for because it was hot this afternoon and I didn't want this to be to heavy. I'll try it again as written when the weather is cooler. Thanks!
