These are not good as meatballs. I am going to make it as a meatloaf next time, and add a bit more breadcrumbs cuz these were falling apart. Also I will add something else to the sauce but I havent figured out what. I will put the meatloaf in the crockpot and cook the same way I cook my "melt in your mouth" meatloaf

Not quite what I was expecting, but flavorful none the less. The only change I made was~I added extra pepper~and I like the extra little kick that gives.

I made this as written, except that I added a little bit of garlic powder to the meatball mixture and to the glaze. I made this for dinner last night with a guest coming, and my husband and our friend both raved (I am a vegetarian, but it smelled great). I served them over rice with a bit of the glaze spooned on top. With soup or a salad, it's a complete meal.

Totally flavorful,..maybe even a bit too much. The taste was so intense no one could eat more than two or three. They are almost too tangy. I followed the recipe exactley, but doubled it to make enough for all of my guests. There were some left over at the end of the night.

These meatballs are killer! I made them with ground turkey and turkey sausage and they were delicious. They were quite tangy due to the amount of vinegar so I added more pinapple juice along with some more crushed pineapple and brown sugar to the glaze, which was more of a sauce when I was done and they were perfect. I served them from a crockpot set to low and my guests gobbled them up. Thanks for the great recipe.

Very easy and simply delicious, but I would double the recipe for a party.
