Made this for a party just one time and now I am asked to bring this to every party! My husband and I layer the ingredients so it looks pretty when placed on the table. The dressing is simple and delicious. Thanks for sharing Crystal!

I tried this salad and it was amazing!! I was kinda worried about the dressing, but it was very, very good!! I'm a picky eater and even I couldn't get enough of this recipe! It's a great alternative to a heavy dinner!

I made the dressing but did not care for the flavor so I used Bersteins Italian Dressing and added some pepperchinis. Tossed it all together. Everyone enjoyed and I was asked to make it for a baby shower.

Very good salad - different and great for a low carb diet! I recommend adding pepperoni...and I also added pepperchini's and roasted red peppers. Everyone loved this and it's endearingly known as "hoagie salad" in my family now. If taking to a party, pack extra lettuce seperately to add as salad disappears, it's definately part of the dish. Dressing is tasty and would make an excellent sub spread (of sorts) on its own.

Wow! This was really good. Took it to a Valentine get together last night and people loved it. The only thing I did differently was to add about 10-12 pepperoncini peppers and some finely sliced red onion. The dressing is different than anything I've had before, but was definitely outstanding.

AMAZING. Tastes so good and i definitely agree with everyone else about the dressing, it tastes so good. The only thing that i changed was instead of using vegtable oil, i used canola oil and it still tasted great. Definitely 5 stars!

This salad is great! I served it at a birthday party and the salad was all gone. Pepperoni would be good in this as well. The dressing is awesome.

This was a big hit at our family party, kids as well as adults loved it. I made it with pasta and added 8ozs of Asiago cheese, 1/4 pound pepperoni, 1 cucumber and 1 cup carrot chips. It makes a huge salad. Will defintiely make this again and again.

Wife loves antipasto, and we have been buying it at the deli counter at the market, but they have decided to disontinue it from their offerings. So I went hunting and found this recipe. Decided to try it with a couple of changes. Added 6-oz. of pepperoni juliennedand a 10-oz. jar of peminto stuffed Olives halved lengthwise. Don't use lettuce with it. Wife says it's better than what we were getting at the market. IT HAS TO BE A KEEPER if I want to stay in our happy home.

This was okay. I personally did not love the dressing, it pretty much tasted like pizza sauce to me, which was a little odd. I might make this again.

Golly gee Batman, another "10"! The accolades just kept coming in regarding this dressing, it is terrific! This recipe is the perfect dressing for this or any other salad for that matter. I will certainly be using it again.

Delicious! I served this at a large family gathering and everybody loved it. Like several of the previous reviews, I was hesitant about trying the dressing included with the recipe, but it definitely makes the salad! This is a keeper for sure.

I used pasta instead of lettuce as suggested by another reviewer as I was taking this to a potluck and they needed a pasta salad. I used swiss cheese instead of provolone and halved grape tomatoes instead of chopped whole tomatoes. I also added chopped artichoke hearts and marinated mushrooms. The dressing was very good but the salad was just okay. There were a lot of leftovers. Perhaps it would be better with the lettuce, I'll try it that way next time.
