WOW!!! I cannot stop eating this - and since I have to bring it to a party tonight - that's a bad thing! The chips are just like crunchy crispy cinnamon toast and the salsa is amazing! It is a little on the sweet side, but I used 50% sugar preserves, so it wasn't a problem for me. Too easy - a bit of chopping and mixing is well worth this result! Thank you thank you thank you! I will make this frequently!

Over 2000 five star reviews and very well deserved! I'm adding mine-this is absolutely excellent. I used melted butter instead of spray (personal preference) on the chips, which are delicious warm just out of the oven.We couldn't stop eating this at home, but did make it to the party it was intended for. The little bit of leftover salsa was very yummy on french toast. Thanks for this great recipe!

I have made this many times and have always gotten many compliments. I have used various fruits with not problems at all with browning, and never add the sugar. I also use sugar free preserves. Some have mentioned draining the salsa, but I do not feel the need to do so. If you run out of chips, the leftovers are great as a side salad/snack too.

Delicious! Adding sugar to the fruit is not necessary. I used a reduced sugar strawberry jam and it was wonderful. I also tossed in some blueberries for added flavor and color.

This is a great recipe and receieved rave reviews from my guests as well as requests for the recipe! Following previous review comments, I used a mango instead of kiwis and coated the cinnamon chips by shaking in a bag of cinnamon sugar after spraying with cooking spray. I didn't see a need to re-spray after coating either.

Wonderful, I have been looking at this recipe for a few years now and just made it for the first time yesterday for a pool party. Rave reviews. The chips were excellent. I followed the recipe but I divided the salsa in half, and put 1/4 tsp. of cayenne pepper in one of the portions. Thought some hot might go well. It was o.k. but most people preferred the sweet, maybe a jalepno instead? Will make again.

This makes the perfect dessert. It's light and really flavorful. I used granny smith apples but otherwise kept everything the same. Great job Fabianna!

I made this for a potluck/cookout, over 100 people. It was a hit. I used more apples, less raspberries, and added no sugar. Pure fruit. It was great. I think you could use the leftovers as a fruit smoothie, but I never have any.

This recipe is great, definitely my new "go to" potluck dish!! I've used all the fruits listed but i've also added: Pineapple, peaches, nectarines & mandarin oranges (only fruit I used the canned version of). Both times I used apricot preserves. TIPS: I put some ice water and the juice of half a lemon in a bowl and as i chopped the apples I put them in there and drained well at the end. I had no problems with browning and the lemon added a nice little zip. If you have a large group and want to make a little extra without breaking the bank add more apples, they are cheap and add volume. Make sure you make plenty of chips, they go pretty fast (someone dubbed them "churro chips" at my BBQ & the kids all said it was like cinnamon toast crunch) I used two packs of ten and had no leftovers. If you run out of chips, throw the fruit in a pitcher and add some wine, yummy sangria!! Great way to use up the leftovers :) Be prepared to give out the recipe you WILL be asked!!

I do cooking demos at the cancer center where I work and everyone loved this. I had some testers come up and decide whether to add the sugar to the fruit and it was agreed the sugar wasn't needed. Perhaps in the winter when the fruits aren't in season you might need sugar. I also added blueberries and mangos, and used walnut oil instead of using a butter spray. It was a hit.

By far, this is the best recipe for fruit salsa I've ever had. Caution. . . very addictive! I make a double batch at a time because everywhere I take it it's gone before I know it!

Easy to make! The salsa is amazing!!!!! Only used one apple, and about 3/4 pound strawberries and no brown sugar--it was sweet enough with it added! But GREAT!!! Chips were great too, I'd recommend only cooking for 5-7 minutes..did it at 8-9 and they were burnt. GREAT RECIPE! :)

Absolutely amazing! I also followed some tips on here as well. I did not add sugar to the fruit but I DID add Rose'e Lime to keep the fruit from turning brown and to add extra flavor. Let me tell you, that made it! But, it has to be Rose's lime, not just plain ol lime juice. Made the chips as directed and they were delicious! Will be making this for years to come.

This was quite good. Its does need to set for awhile after making it though to allow the flavors to meld. The hubby loved it and asked if i could make it again on the weekend.
