I made this for a Christmas party with teacher friends and they loved it! My husband was impressed with the sugar free strawberry glaze I used for the fruit salsa, being a diabetic, he really enjoyed it. Every now and then there are Cinnamon Sun Chips, when you don't have the time to make the tortilla chips, and those are just as tasty.

Sensational! This was a hit at my son's baptism. I used kiwis, apples, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. Omitted both sugars, and pureed the berries then added apricot jam. Refrigerated until set. Also, I used butter-flavoured margarine instead of spray to coat my tortillas. Accidentally cut the chips a little too small, but they were still dip-worthy! Some guests asked to bring some home, too! I will definitely be making these again!

You can't go wrong! Everyone loves this and what a great way to eat fruit. I've made it many different ways and they're all good. It is great without any sugar in the salsa . .just a touch of sugar- free apricot preserves and it's good to go. I actually like it without the raspberries and adding yumnmy mango or peach is fantastic. Coat both sides of tortilla with cooking spray, dredge in cinnamon sugar and bake minutes for a nice crispy chip.

This is really good. I deep fried my tortilla's instead of cooking them in the oven. I did not add extra sugar to the fruit and used raspberry jam. The slightly tart taste of the fruit paired with the sweet chips was great.

Very good! I have had nothing but a great response to this recipe! I have used different flavors of preserves/jams/jellies and all have worked. I do not add raspberries because I do not like the seeds, but I have switched in all different kinds! For the chips I just spray the tortilla quarters with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake until crisp.

Made this for a party and it was definitely a hit. Everyone loved it, at the end of the night people were actually eating the dip plain with a spoon! I did think it was a little "wet" which made it kind of soupy, which I think is just from all the juicy-type fruit used, other then that I will definitely make it again!

This is so yummy!! I can't have much sugar, so I substitute sugar-free jam and Splenda in the place of sugar. Comes out amazing every time.

I followed the advice of the reviewer before me and didn't add the sugar to the salsa. It was a huge hit. I made it last night, and had requests this morning for the recipe in my inbox. Thanks!

Made this for a tailgate party. Got many requests for the recipe. Hardly any left. Served with cinnamon sugar pita chips I bought at the store. Did not add sugar. As with others, the sweetness of the fruit, preserves, and chip seemed just fine. A keeper. Thanks for sharing!

This was a huge hit! I only added one apple and used homemade strawberry jam and my girlfriends loved it. I also added a few ripe blackberries since they were just begging to be picked. I love how versatile this recipe is!

I found this in a Taste of Home recipe book, and it is a favourite everywhere I take it. I usually buy an inexpensive serving bowl with matching platter to present to the hostess.

I made both the chips and the salsa and they were great! Especially the chips. Kids were following me out the door to get more. Excellent and easy to make.

Outstanding! I took the suggestions and used Fuji apples. The second time I made it, I tried omitting the sugar. Depending on how sweet you like things, you may want to keep it in. I like it better with the sugar. This is now a staple for parties!

I made this twice in 2 days, each time for a different pot luck. The first time I omitted the white sugar, served it with cinnamon graham crackers and it was great! Not thinking it could get any better, the next day I took the time to make the cinnamon chips and it was even better! The second time I used less apple, and more berries, just to my personal taste.....I will use this one again! FYI, the hint about using the sink to stack 4 tortillas at a time in to eliminate mess was pure genius! I took it one step further and lined the sink with aluminum foil....just wad it up & throw away when done!

Wonderful recipe - thank you Ann. My children love this recipe! I add any fruit I have on hand. It comes out great. Pineapple is really great - I omit all the extra sugar. Fruit and a little raspberry preserves is all you need. I use my pampered chef food chopper and I'm done in no time.
