Wow, this was wonderful. The cinnamon chips were great on their own. It makes a huge recipe, so I half it and use the left overs over ice cream with a couple cinnamon chips. The fruit is also good for breakfast.

This is a WINNER for sure! I made it for a baby shower and used cookie cutters for the tortillia chips and they were a hit! I sprayed them on both sides with olive oil and then shook them in a gallon bag with the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat. It worked great. I added peaches and used strawberry preserves in the salsa. I also did just half the sugars so that it wasn't overly sweet. I will be making this again and again. SOOOO GOOOD!

Sooooo good! I bring this to alot of get togethers and it's always gobbled up! I serve it with graham crackers. Stacy's Cinnamon Pita Chips are great too BUT you have to be careful not to break your teeth on them.

A different and tasty spin on salsa. You can also buy cinnamon chips instead of making them if you are short on time.

Okay this is one of those recipes that, even if you change the ingredients, remains phenomenal. I used peaches instead of apples and added blueberries and still everybody was crazy about it. The other reviewers are right, though, the sugar is not needed.

Really, really good. I took this to a party and everyone raved. I did add pineapple and used apricot preserves, but it is the chips that make it. I sprayed them with butter flavored Pam in on a cutting board in the sink and then cut them with a pizza cutter, tossed them in a bag with cinnamon sugar, and put them on the sheet. Yum.

This is absolutely delicious and very pretty too. I added blackberries to the mixture & diced everything up. My apple of choice was 'honey crisp' and I used Apricot preserves. I cut down the amount of sugar, based on previous comments. If you are serving them with the cin/sugar tortillas chips, I think you can omit the sugar all together, because the tortilla chips have enough sugar on them. You know it is a great recipe when everyone requests the recipe from you! This is one of them!

This was an awesome addition to my menu for my girls night out! It was a huge hit and was gone at the end of the night! I followed someones suggestion to bake the tortillas in a cupcake pan to make the chips easier for dipping and they worked great! Thanks so much for the great recipe.

This was amazing! I made it for a baby shower and everyone wanted the recipe. I used apricot jam and black raspberry jam, fuji apples, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and pears. I didn't add any sugar as this was plenty sweet after the addition of the jam. I didn't have time to make the chips so I served this with cinnamon sugar pita chips and it was great.

I really love the chips! At first, I tried normal tortillas and they were so thick that the chips ended up chewy, then I tried Whole Wheat tortillas, which were thinner, and it turned out great!...plus they are healthy!

If there is any left over, used as a topping with yogurt and granola makes for a YUMMY breakfast! (I didn't add any sugars as recommended by other reviews.)

I made a lot of this to have it to bring to a party and still have some at home ... never enough! This was a huge hit at the party and my kids loved it at home as well. One warning, though ... make like double or triple the chips - they are well loved even without the salsa!

This is delicious! I especially like the "4th of July style" idea. I will try that next year. I may try a Christmas style, with apples, strawberries, raspberries and kiwi and cut the chips in holiday shapes. Can't wait to make this again!
