I make this for almost every gathering/party I go to now. I bought a Vandalia Onion chopper and it works wonderful on all of the fruit and cuts it into perfect bite size chunks and cuts the clean-up/prep time in half!

I have been putting off trying this recipe for years. I finally broke down and made it as an appetizer for Christmas dinner. WOW, this was a complete success and followed the directions precisely. I will make this for many occasions to come. Summer BBQ's are a must!

Love this recipe. Served it as an appetizer a few times. Normally we replace the raspberries with blackberries.

Made this WITH my class. The kids cut up the fruit and mixed everything together. They obliterated it. I will make this again when I have a get together...great during the summer!

i've made this salsa several times and really like it. I vary the fruits according to what is available. Instead of tje tortillas I use "scoops" using the same method. I spray them with cooking spray, sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar. and toast them lightly in the oven. Quick and easy!

This is super yummy! It is a hit everytime I make it, and I always have to give the recipe out! I make it almost as directed. A few changes are, I don't add the preserves all the time (if I have it I do) I don't really notice much of a difference with it. Also I use an 8 inch tortilla, and I cut them with a pizza cutter, place them on the pan, spray them, then add the cinnamon and sugar, I think it's much easier this way. Enjoy!

We tried this out when my wife and I went down to my parents' house to visit. It was a huge hit! So much that my folks even decided to make it a few weeks later as an hors d'oeuvre before our big family Thanksgiving dinner. One thing I tried the first time was chopping all the fruit using a food processor. It saved us time, but everything ended up looking pureed. (It still tasted wonderful.) The second time we made it, we chopped the fruit by hand and it looked much more appetizing, and had the same great flavor. We melted butter to brush over the tortillas before sprinkling on the cinnamon and sugar. It was a piece of cake! One caution I can give to anyone trying this is to make sure the tortillas stay in the oven until they're somewhat crispy. We took out one batch a little too early and while they were much more firm than raw tortilla, they were a little to flimsy to hold a big pile of fruit salsa.

I didn't care for this, but I give a 5 because everyone else did! I followed the recipe exactly and I actually thought the fruit mixture could have been sweeter. (I am probably that rare person) Like everyone else says - the chips are a hit. They were super easy to make - I put my sugar/cinnamon mixture in a pie pan, then sprayed my tortilla on both sides and put in pie pan to coat both sides, and then I cut with pizza cutter... the plastic bag thing was just too messy I thought.

Great recipe with the mix of fruit, although the homemade cinnamon sugar chips weren't what I expected. Target does have pre-made cinnamon sugar chips by their Archer brand in the chip aisle. I will try that next time.

Good way to get good fruit into little kids! Didn't add any extra sugar and used parsimmon in it too!

I use to make this years ago, got the recipie at a pamered chef party, yum! Was so glad to come across the recipie again. So glad to have the recipie again. I put the sugar mixture in a plastic bag and wet the tortillas a little bit with water, no need to use cooking spray. and then shake them up to save time. All my friends asked for the recipie!

This was super awesome. I used blueberries, apples, strawberries and kiwi and apricot jam. I did not add any sugar and it was plenty juicy and sweet. I made the chips, which took a very long time. It should be said that Stacy's chips are pretty expensive; however, if you're not making this for a large group buy the chips! However, the amount of chips you need to go with the amount of salsa is pretty large. My husband also decided that the chips were awesome with hot fudge and vanilla ice cream (sort of like a sopapilla a la mode!).

Great recipe! I substituted store bought cinnamon pita chips, but will do home made next time. It would be best to make fruit salsa the day of serving, otherwise it will get too runny.

Really good appetizer for parties. Try and let this be the very last thing you make before the party starts as it can look a bit "old" after a while. If it lasts!
