Easy to make! The salsa is amazing!!!!! Only used one apple, and about 3/4 pound strawberries and no brown sugar--it was sweet enough with it added! But GREAT!!! Chips were great too, I'd recommend only cooking for 5-7 minutes..did it at 8-9 and they were burnt. GREAT RECIPE! :)

Where has this recipe been all my life?! What a great spin on what to do with fruit! I followed this recipe EXACTLY and couldn't get enough. The chips were fantastic too - and made the whole house smell awesome!

Absolutely amazing! I also followed some tips on here as well. I did not add sugar to the fruit but I DID add Rose'e Lime to keep the fruit from turning brown and to add extra flavor. Let me tell you, that made it! But, it has to be Rose's lime, not just plain ol lime juice. Made the chips as directed and they were delicious! Will be making this for years to come.

This was quite good. Its does need to set for awhile after making it though to allow the flavors to meld. The hubby loved it and asked if i could make it again on the weekend.

This is actually like 4 1/2 stars (followed the recipe exactly)... the only hints that I have to give are 1) make the chips the same day of the event - my got a little chewy the next day. 2) It makes A LOT of "salsa" - have a big group or be prepared for leftovers. 3) The salsa tends to get juicy over time - if you don't care for juice you'll need to drain it off.

This recipe was a hit with my family. I have made it several times and each time it has gone over great! I have tried it with different fruits and it has always been great! Also, to meet the dietary needs of my family, I have replaced the sugar with Splenda.

Absolutely excellent! I added the raspberries at the last moment as they tend to break down fairly fast!

This is a spectacular recipe and I will definitely be making again soon. I followed the recipe pretty closely with the following changes: 1) I cut the tortillas into wedges and sprayed both sides with butter. I then added them to a big baggie filled with my cinnamon-sugar mixture and just shook the bag until they were all coated. Made for a very easy cleanup. 2) I couldn't find any raspberries, so I just used more kiwi and raspberry preserves. 3) I used FIJI apples! I First sliced the apples into quarters and then dipped the apples in lemon juice before chopping up to prevent browning. 4) I didn't use the full amount of sugars suggested as my fruits were pretty sweet already, so I just sprinkled a bit of white and bit of brown sugar. I got rave reviews from my guests and they are looking forward to the next time I make this!

This recipe is so awesome and something different to take to a party. I sprayed each side of the tortilla with the cooking spray, then placed the tortilla in a large dish that contained the cinnamon/sugar mixture. I just shook the tortilla back and forth, and when both sides were coated, I stacked three sugared tortillas on top of one another and used a pizza cutter to cut into 6 pieces. I found this way to save a lot of time and mess.

My daughter (6 year old) made the chips tonight for daddy. She cut them out with a heart shaped cookie cutter. We always dust them a second time with cinnamon sugar after they come out of the oven

I love this recipe, and so does everyone else!!! I loved the advice to make extra chips, they are so good!! I didn't use the rasberries though. I used 4 oz of frozen peaches and 4 oz frozen mangos instead with apricot marmalade and I didn't add the extra white sugar just brown. Sooooooo yummy!! Be sure to drain the fruit for as long as you can!! It makes a big difference. Love it!!

This was a big hit at the graduation party I took it to. I omitted the sugar, and it was sweet enough, and healthier too. This recipe is a lot of work, but worth it. Thanks!

I absolutely loved this recipe. Made it for a party and everyone loved it too. I left out the jam in the salsa and it still tasted great. I cut up the fruit the night before and refrigerated the fruit and it got a little bit too much juice though. Next time I will make it the day of. Chips are really easy to make.

This was almost too good :) Everyone loved this. I made the salsa as stated, but used the spray-cut-shake method with the chips (shaking them in a baggie with the cinnamon sugar) and it was great. Thanks!
