This was a great recipe, easy and quick! It's also easy to make adapations to it. I made lime and orange bar variations just by substatuting the juice!

This recipe was great with lime juice! The crust turned out to be taller than the lemon-egg layer above. This is fine if you're a crust lover like me. I'm curious to try increasing the lemon-egg portions or decreasing the crust portions to get a healthy lemon bar.

did not care for the recipe.... the crust did not cook together and there was not enough lemon flavor. Still looking for a great lemon bar recipe.

The shortbread crust was an immdediate favorite. On the second batch I added a tsp. of lemon extract to increase the lemon flavor. A great recipe over all.
