Progresso® cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
extra-virgin olive oil
Progresso® chicken broth
chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
4 1/2 teaspoons
California chili powder
coarse sea salt (gray salt)
freshly ground black pepper
Progresso® plain Panko crispy bread crumbs
large uncooked shrimp, peeled (tail shells left on), deveined
extra-virgin olive oil (or as needed)
garlic, thinly sliced
serrano chile, thinly sliced
fresh whole basil leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons
grated orange peel
Additional extra-virgin olive oil
This was quite good but not spicy enough for me. The recipe itself could be written better....let the beans boil for a few minutes so that it thickens otherwise you will just have beans and broth. Also 1 egg was not enough for the amount of shrimp.
My husband and I made this on Saturday. It was so easy to make and totally delicious. I highly recommend it!
I did not care for this recipe. This was not easy to make, and in my opinion it has too many steps for a disappointing end product.
