Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup packed Italian parsley leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans red beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup BUITONI® Refrigerated Arrabbiata Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Crackers or grilled bread

Directions

  1. Combine parsley and garlic in food processor; process for 30 seconds. Add beans, salt and pepper; process for 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl; process for 30 seconds. With processor running, add sauce and oil. Process for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Serve with crackers or grilled bread.

  • Tip: Serve the remaining Arrabbiata sauce as a spicy dip for breadsticks.

This was great, but it makes WAY more than 8 servings!! Cut in half it might make that much~... MORE
