This turned out pretty good. I did add extra spices though since we like our food hot.

The family gave the rating of 4 stars (the boys liked it a lot!). My husband and I would of liked more spice, but to be fair to the recipe I didn't add but a pinch of cayenne so the kids would be happy :) I also only cooked the fish about 3-4 minutes per side and it was perfect.
