Angelyn's Marinade

Original Recipe Yield 1 cup
 

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2/3 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and cilantro. Marinate fish or chicken for 1/2 hour or more before grilling.
