My husband and I both liked this and it was a good way to use up some veggies from our garden. I thought there were too many noodles and not enough veggies, however. In the future, I will add more zucchini and tomatoes.

This was a great dinner. A good base recipe that you can play around with so to get the taste you are looking for. We added a few extra spices and some extra garlic because it needed an extra kick! After each person had their plate made, I then added the cheese and popped it in the microwave for about 20 seconds to melt the cheese. We will definately have it again!

I think it's really good! I added chicken breast pieces to it because I was very hungry! Very very good.

This was good. Nothing exceptional, but a very nice light pasta dish. I used a can of Rotel for the tomatoes and added some pepper flakes at the table to spice it up a bit.

Very good! Instead of tomatoes (personally don't like them)I mixed in asparagus. The asparagus was a very yummy taste and made it a little lighter. The whole family liked this dish and it gives you a nice light fill.

This was delicious! I tried it with a can of pre-seasoned tomatoes instead of fresh ingredients, and tasted delicious. It was very quick and easy to make. Heated up left overs the next day, and still was full of flavor.

This was good, but I did the following to make it a little more interesting: 1) added artichoke hearts into the sautee 2) used capers in the final mix 3) threw in cajun seasonings just for kicks. Otherwise it needed a bit of salt and pepper. Overall, this is a great "base" recipe that you can play around with and add things you really like. Will make this again--probably with different ingredients each time!

This dish was excellent. I used fresh zucchini from our garden, and also used seasoned salt as suggested by another reviewer. I didn't have fresh tomatoes, so I used a can of diced tomatoes w/seasonings. It was so good. Even my three kids ate this right up. Will try with the fresh tomatoes next time and throw in some other fresh veggies too! Great dinner!

We really enjoyed this. My DH loves things that are on the blander side so he thought it was awesome. I think next time I might add some crushed red pepper to perk it up. I used the roasted garlic angel hair pasta and that gave it a zip I think would have been missing otherwise. Thumbs up and very easy and quick for a summer meal.

This was wonderfully quick and easy to make - the only changes I made were that I shredded the zucchini, used canned petite diced tomatoes and added a tablespoon of fresh grated parmesan along with the basil. Will definitely make again!

Excellent and easy dish -- I recommended this dish to alot of friends that are on fat-reduced diets. Very tasty, excellent with whole-wheat spaghetti noodles as well. I replaced the mozzarella cheese with parmesan, and fresh basil with dried, and it was still great!

My family really enjoyed this dish! I added 1 tsp seasoned salt to the zuccini as I was browning it. The seasoned salt definitely added flavour to the vegetables/sauce, and I will add it again the next time I make this pasta. I also added 1/3 Cup Feta Cheese, which made the pasta taste that much better! I will be making this dish for a long time to come...Yummy!

I loved the dish but the rest of the family didn't hold it in high regard. They didn't like the textures of the tomatoes and the zucchini together. Go figure kids!
