I came up with the glaze for this ham using ingredients on hand and it's the best I've ever tasted. This ham is very nice served with scalloped potatoes, creamed peas and biscuits.

When Valerie Holter's husband was stationed with the Navy in Italy, she enjoyed the local cuisine. 'I loved the pasta and learned to make this rich dish from frequent restaurant visits,' she notes from Waveland, Mississippi. Tip: Valerie recommends preparing it with spinach fettuccine if it's available at your supermarket.

Joan gives her leftover ham a face-lift in this tasty pasta dish she mixes up in a wink. The mild cream sauce gets fresh flavor from sauteed mushrooms and a boost of color from frozen peas.

My family loves ham like this. Sweetly seasoned ham roasted with moist heat is a delicious way to celebrate special occasions. If using a pre-cooked ham, follow the directions on the package for baking times.

This recipe has become, hands-down, my favorite ham! This has replaced our Christmas Ham and makes the entire house smell amazing! There is nothing like coming home with this ham cooking! Experiment with the amounts of seasonings to your liking. I prefer more nutmeg but some prefer less nutmeg and more maple syrup!

Sauteed onion, garlic and mushrooms are seasoned with oregano, basil, parsley and flavorful strips of ham. A sweet, rich mix of ready-made marinara sauce and heavy cream gives this dish its rose color. Serve over hot pasta and enjoy every luscious bite.
