Loved this dish. Didn't have half and half so I mixed evaporated milk with regular 2% milk; pureed cottage cheese mixed with sour cream for yogurt and mozarella cheese for Swiss. It was delicious. Also used whole grain spaghetti for angel hair. Will definitely fix for a pot luck event.

Others reviews mentioned this was watery. I strained the yogurt (used a coffee filter in a strainer- sit over a bowl in fridge for a few hours). I also quickly strained the salsa so not so watery. It was fabulous!!

Flavor was good and it was easy to make, but I too wound up with a lot of liquid in the pan...maybe need to drain the salsa? I baked it for at least 45 minutes.

I made this and followed the recipe to the "T". However, this recipe was not good. There was a lot of water in the bottom of the baking dish and the cheeses never did meld together. I will not be making this again.
