angel hair pasta
1% low-fat milk
salt and ground black pepper to taste
crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
finely chopped green onion tops
I thought this was good, but the guys didn't care for it. I liked that this used low fat milk (I only had 2% on hand, so that's what I used)...it made me feel like it was healthier, lol. In my opinion, this would be better suited as a side dish than a main course, but, again, that's just my opinion. I do think it would go great alongside a nice steak or shrimp. I was glad to try this for something different! Thanks for sharing. :)
I left out the green onions and used rosemary to garnish, but otherwise followed the recipe. Served alongside steamed spinach and a steak, it was the perfect accompaniment and I had leftovers! Woo!! Keeping this one in my back pocket :)
