I really did think this was good and the kids seemed to like it much to my surprise. But my major complant was that there was no sause for the pasta. I gave butter to the husband and kids so the pasta wasn't to dry. I think I will make it again but I will be thinking of a way to have some sause.

We really liked this, and it was so healthy! I added some more spices--extra garlic and some lemon pepper, it seemed to add a lot of taste. It was nothing spectacular, but a great everyday meal.

I didnt like the fact that there is really no sauce with this dish. The pasta seems dry. I used this recipe and found it quite bland. I did everything the recipe stated but when it came down to eating it it fell short of my expectations.

I was very disappointed because I was looking foward to serving a more healthy pasta dish...This had absolutely NO FLAVOR at all. Plus, there was way too much angel hair pasta for the amount of veggies and sauce, though I wouldn't call it a sauce...

rated 4 stars because it's first time cooking western dish. taste is good however, texture of the cheese/broth is peculiar .. probably due to the wog that I use.

This was just ok - DH liked it more than I did which is why it got three stars. I found the taste to be very bland, it really needed something to punch some flavour into it - I just don't know what. For the most part I followed the recipe, the only differences were that I used frozen brocolli instead of fresh, I added a teaspoon or two of cornstarch to the broth mixture to thicken it (so it would cling to the noodles) and I sprinkled the parmesan cheese over the dish at the end (as suggested by other reviewers). It was definitely a nice, low-fat dish, but really lacked flavour. Another point to mention is that it defintely does not serve 6 people. I served 4 people, along with bread and salad and it was *barely* enough.

Easy to make, but flavor was lacking. Next time I will probably add crushed red pepper to spice it up.

Absolutely wonderful! I didn't have any angel hair, so I used penne. I expect it would be good with any pasta. As a personal preference I would like equal parts of broccoli and carrots, but that's a minor thing. I will also add a bit more broth next time--and there will definitely be a next time! This is a great light pasta recipe, and a nice change from tomato or cream based sauces. Excellent!

This is so good, you don't even need the chicken! My husband wanted more of the pasta. I will recommend this to my friends who love chicken dishes'

I love this recipe! I boiled the pasta noodles in the chicken drippings to give it more flavor. I also sprinkled the parmesan cheese on top right before I served it, rather than mix it with the vegetables. This has become one of my favorite recipes!

Delicious! I was pleasantly surprised! I loved the light taste you get when you saute in olive oil! I ended up cooking the broccoli from frozen and it gave it a little more sauce. I found the cheese to really add to the recipe. In the end, I mixed in the cooked noodles, doused it with a good dose of soy sauce and put a lid on it and let it steam together for about 5 minutes. I also seasoned the chicken a little with some season salt and some basil while it was cooking. Great flavor!

SO GOOD!! Don't add alfredo as some other reviewers suggested, in my opinion it would ruin this dish. This is meant to be light and it is so good!! We added fresh basil, yellow squash and red pepper as well....

Very tasty and easy to make. However the parmesan cheese just turned to glue. Will make again omitting the cheese.

i made this recipe for my boyfriend's birthday, and it was perfect! we both loved it. it was yummy and flavorful, even without tomato sauce (and as someone who doesn't like sauce, i appreciate that a lot). a+! i look forward to making it again--i'm making sure to keep the recipe around.

I used to make this years ago and just came across it again. I put broth in with the water to cook the noodles and it keeps it from being too bland.
