This is such an easy dessert to make. Store it in a container in the freezer and take pieces out as you need it. This is my husbands favorite snack to take to work.

I had a hard time with the cake which was a bit sticky and fell apart when I tried to roll it. The filling was much better with fresh strawberries blended in.

Absolutely wonderful, especially for a light dessert! Plus, it looks beautiful. I used sugar free, instant white chocolate pudding, light cool whip and 99% fat free strawberry cheesecake yoplait and it was great! This was my first time making a rolled cake so I was nervous, but it rolled very easily. My oven cooks slightly unevenly and I found that the side where the top got slightly golden (compared to the one that was still white) rolled easier and stayed tightly rolled better.

We loved this!!! I didn't have 2 cups of cool whip so I used what I had...about a cup and it was perfect! I used tropical flavoured yogurt and it went over very, very well. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

I made this for the ladys at work and they all couldn't tell that it was fat free and sugar free. I followed the recipe to a T. Angel food cake rolled really well for me. I was amazed that you couldn't tell that there was yogurt in the filling. =) =) I will be making this again its a keeper. Thanks for the recipe.

This cake was very easy to make, and tastes good too. I won't give it 5 stars because it wasn't amazing, but it was definitely worth the effort. My pan wasn't a full inch deep, so i ended up making a slightly smaller cake, and then a really small one with the leftover batter. I didn't think there was any way that the cake would roll, but it did, and was actually very easy. I definitely recommend this!
