Great. I made this low fat. I did not use any butter, but instead used 1/2 c heated chicken broth and 1/2 packet of butter buds in place of it. I used reduced fat (ww) cream cheese and only used 3 oz instead of 4. I also cooked some onion & mushroom in the broth/butter buds before adding the rest. Came out great. Hubby and his friend both loved it. Served w/steamed broccoli & slice of whole wheat bread.

Very delicious. Picky husband and picky kids loved it. I,too, doubled the sauce recipe, but kept the italian dressing at one envelope and used chicken broth instead of wine. PERFECTO!!

This chicken was amazing! Few changes...used chicken broth instead of white wine, and doubled the butter, chicken broth, and mushroom soup, and kept the italian dressing mix the same. When I first melted the butter, I sauteed fresh mushrooms and added minced garlic. After that, I followed the directions exactly, although I cut the chicken into cubes. But we thought this was the best recipe we've made from this website! Definitely plan on making this many times to come.

Love this one! I use cream cheese with onion and chives to add even more flavor. I add baby bella mushrooms to this as well. Make sure to double the sauce otherwise the recipe is way too dry.

PERFECT! Added the mushrooms, and a little more wine so it wasn't as thick. Husband loved it and dove in for seconds. It's a keeper!

This is a great recipe. I made this as suggested by other viewers and did this in the crockpot. I put all ingredients in the crockpot, cut up my chicken and cooked on low for 6 hours. TURNED OUT PERFECT. I did use chicken broth instead of the white wine because that is what I had on hand. Will make again for sure.

So good! My husband said this is one of the best meals ever. I thought it was a little salty at first, but then realized I had put too much sauce on my portion, and the leftovers were just perfect. We loved how tender the chicken was, and it was so easy to make. I did substitute low sodium chicken broth for the wine, but that was it. Thanks for such a great, easy recipe. Next time I will try with the slow cooker!

This is an easy recipe to make in the crock pot which is what I did. I mixed all the ingredients except for the chicken in the crock pot and once everything was well mixed, I added the chicken which I diced up. I added a little bit of onion. I cooked it on low for about 4 hours. I only used 2 chicken breasts but left the other ingredients at the original amounts to have more sauce which did work out well to put more sauce over the pasta or rice. I would use the recipe "Italian dressing mix" from here instead of the packet from the store which is loaded with salt and fillers. It will give it more punch and flavor. I served it over rice to use up rice and chicken stock. My husband said it had a lot of flavor and it was good. We had broccoli along with it as well. I think it'd be better over pasta as the recipe calls for. Might add garlic next time.

The taste took some getting used to, but all in all it was a good dish. I replaced the wine with white grape juice, cut the chicken breasts in cubes and cooked it in the crockpot. Very easy and filling.

This wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be after reading most of the reviews. I made this recipe to the "T". I didn't make any changes because I wanted to review the recipe as it's written. The flavor really wasn't there for me. It kind of fell flat - no layers of flavor or anything different from just condensed soup and noodles. Which is kind of disappointing considering all the good reviews.

Amazing Recipe! I usually cut up my chicken before I bake it. I double the sauce and use 1 can of plain cream of mushroom and 1 can of golden instead of 2 cans of golden. We can't get enough of it! Yum!

Love this recipe. Very good comfort food. I use the variation listed in the reviews using the slow cooker, except I half it, and it's enough to feed my family with leftovers.

WOW! This chicken was soooo good! I could have ate the sauce like soup! Be careful to not make too many noodles, I thinned out alot of the flavor. Would have been great with mashed or baked potato to enjoy full flavor of the sauce.

This came out pretty good. I basically used LynnG's review as my recipe because I wanted to make it in my slow cooker. I used 1/2 C butter, 2 pkgs dry italian dressing, 1 C cooking white wine, 2 Cans mushroom soup, and 8 oz tub of cream cheese.I mixed them all in the slow cooker, coated the chicken with the mixture and cooked on low for about 8 hours. I served over fettucine noodles. Next time I will probably use less soup because the sauce tasted a little too mushroomy for my taste.

I was a bit disappointed in the recipe. I made it for a small dinner party and it was edible but definitely tasted like it was made from processed foods. I should have realized that when looking at the ingredients. It was not bad, just not company/dinner party worthy.
