We liked the taste of the sauce. This recipe calls for no seasoning on the chicken and oddly enough I didn't miss it and it seemed fine without it. The sauce definately carries this dish. My only complaint is I think 1 lb. of angel hair pasta was way more than necessary and I think this would be more suited to going on top of some egg noodles. Nice dish and I will make again.

We really enjoyed this, but I think it's a little heavy on the wine. I wish I would have replaced some of it with chicken broth. I did add a splash of milk and sliced, fresh mushrooms to the sauce. I was in the mood for bite-sized food, so I cut my chicken up and spread the pieces on the bottom of the baking dish, then poured the sauce over as directed. It was really creamy and very rich, which I loved. My fiance really liked it, but he said it was just a little too rich for his tastes. Thanks :)

SO AMAZING!!! And so easy. :-) I made this last night for my husband and my parents. It was great! I was going to serve a salad with it, but I ran out of time, but then I remembered that I had a bag of fresh veggies that you would use in a stir fry! So I mixed that in with it. It was perfect!! Just what it needed. Thank you so much for sharing this!!

I made this in the crock pot. I doubled the ingredients and the end result was really good. The only complaint I had was that it was a little salty (probably from the extra packet of mix I added), so I will only add 1 instead of 2 next time. I also used chicken stock instead of the wine. This recipe was really good and I will definitely make it again.

My Boyfriend absolutely LOVED this recipe. I thought it could use a little more flavor. I added some peas to it and I think it helped give it the flavor I was looking for. I've made it twice already and I'm sure I will make it again.

I was surprised how good this came out. I would suggest browning the chicken a little bit in a sautee pan before baking, but I like my chicken a little more well done. I added fresh broccoli and my husband and I really enjoyed it! Will definitely make again.

I followed the persons directions for the slow cooker version and I have made it several times. This pasta is delicious. I have had extended family over for dinner and this was a hit! Everyone loves it, even the kiddos! Its fairly easy to make and it tastes soooo good. I usually serve over penne pasta and garnish with parmesan and crushed red pepper. I serve it with breadsticks and salad. Thank you for an awesome recipe!

Suuuuper easy, which makes it an immediate favorite. I used grated cheddar coupled with sour cream, as I wanted some tang. It turned out a little less creamy (I'm assuming) but really flavorful - rich, but not as heavy. Sauteed asparagus on the side and this is a winner.

Yum! The only thing it's missing is vegetables. I'll have to work those in next time. I made the recipe as written.

I've been making this dish for years now. The print-out I have of this recipe dates to 2003! This is easily the best chicken recipe on this site, I don't know why I haven't reviewed it yet. No changes are necessary, follow as is!!! I've made this for company, for a friend recovering from surgery, and for just for the two of us. Everyone asks me for the recipe. Try this, you will love it!

Fantastic recipe! Sliced the chicken and sauteed with olive oil for 2-3 minutes before cooking in the oven. Exchanged a can of chicken broth for the wine, sauteed mushrooms and garlic with the chicken. Boiled frozen broccoli a few minutes before finishing in the oven, poured broccoli over the pasta and the chicken and sauce over the top- was FANTASTIC!

This was delicious!!! I made this for the first time last night. I doubled the recipe for the sauce and added just a little bit of water to make it a little thinner. My husband was back for more in minutes before he even finished what was on his first plate. Very easy to make too!!! Can't wait to make it again.

I have made this afew time and it always comes out fabulous. I sometime replace the white wine with chicken broth just cuz I don't have any wine on hand, but it still turns out fine. I have also added fresh mushrooms which just adds to the GREAT flavors in this dish!!

I doubled the sauce ingredients, except for the Italian Dressing, still only used one of those, and this made plenty of sauce. I also used Penne instead of Angel Hair, but otherwise stuck with the recipe. I found it a tad too salty, will probably make it with water instead of the wine next time to cut the sodium content. It was still really good.

I made this using shrimp and it was very good! I just added the shrimp to the sauce at the end until it was heated through. I've also made it as written with chicken and it is delicious that way as well. I love how the sauce tastes. Sometimes I add mushrooms to it which tastes great.
