Very yummy recipe! Made it with chicken breasts and also skinless chicken legs and worked out deliciously both times. The only problem I had was that there was too much breadcrumb mixture compared to the chicken. Next time will reduce mixture to prevent waste! Thanks!

I used chicken tenders instead of the breast. I also needed two egg yolks. I ommited the garlic powder. Marinated it all for about 30 hours. I think what I liked best was how easy it was.

Suprisingly underwhelmed with this recipe. Chicken was not juicy. I marinated for 8 hours and cooked it on a rack in the oven to lower the fat. I guess you cannot lower the fat/calories without compromising the taste. That is a shame since the nutritional info on this dish is shocking! It took twice as long to cook as the recommended time and I even flattened out the chicken before hand. Will not be making again.

This was GREAT! I made the recipe using 6 chicken breast halves, and found that one egg yolk wasn't enough, so I used 2 whole eggs for the marinade. I agree that there is a boatload of crumb mixture. I refrigerated what was left for the next time I make this. It's easy, and delicious! We LOVE garlic and we LOVE easy, so it's perfect for my family. Serve it with rice and salad or vegetable, and it's the perfect meal!

This was good, we are huge garlic fans. But, we are going away from breading more and more. We just didn't care for the breading. I think that we will make this next time with just the spices and garlic with olive oil instead of the egg and breadcrumbs.

This was good but way too much crumb mixture leftover. Halving the crumb mixture would have been more than enough. I also do not think that you need to use so much butter. 3 tbsp would have worked out just fine. The seasoning was really good on the chicken.

Let chicken soak in the egg/garlic for 24 hours. This is awesome. A lot of coating though. Could be cut in half.

This recipe was a mess, very unsuccessful for me. Too much trouble for too little flavor.

i found this recipe as I was looking for a good recipe with the breast alone, not wanting to cook an entire chicken. this was an easy and tasty recipe for chicken and garlic lovers! i loved it! we made 8 pieces, it was amazing! i had so many compliments! you can put more or less garlic according to your tastes, and you can eliminate the garlic powder all together. we also put much more bread crumbs, you can adjust according to your taste. i highly recommend.

Holy garlic! I'm a garlic lover, but I'd describe the chicken as "intense." The good news is I can set aside my fear of vampires this week. Great recipe, just tone down on the garlic by a couple of cloves.

This was OK. I love garlic, but I might omit the garlic powder in the breadcrumb mixture, and just stick with the cloves used in the marinade. It wasn't my favorite recipe for chicken, but not bad as a quick dish. I would probably use the chicken in a salad next time as others suggested, rather than by itself.

I was a little confused by this dish - I used only two boneless, skinless chicken breasts and there was barely enough egg yolk to cover them (none to "pour remaining egg mixture over the chicken!). I marinated this chicken for quite a long time (2 days), and then baked as per the recipe instructions. We found the chicken to be moist and juicy, but it lacked flavour. We didn't hate this recipe, but we would probably not make it again.

Garlic lovers rejoice! What a fantastic and EASY dish. The chicken was so moist and dripping with garlic flavor. I paired this with some fettuccini alfredo and a salad...yummy! Thank you Amy!!!!

I halved the bread crumb mixture and there was plenty to cover the chicken. I also used 3 egg yolks instead of just one, I dont think that one would have been enough. This was very tasty, I will make again. I served with a pasta side dish.

Absolutely fabulous, but only for true garlic lovers!!! I use 3 egg yolks for more moisture, and I decrease the salt a bit. I love to cut it up, after cooking is and cooling it a bit and serve it on top of spinach as a salad. I add cut up strawberries, sliced green onions, and crumbled feta cheese, and serve it with a balsalmic vinaigrette. Yummy! There are so many ways to use this chicken. I experiment with different sauces on top, as well. Thanks for such a great and versatile recipe!

This was pretty good. I did modify the recipe per other suggestions. I used more egg yolks because 1 didn't seem to be enough. I used a little less fresh garlic than called for. I halved the breading and still had about 1/2 cup left over. I did not add the garlic powder. I thought that would be WAY too potent! Watch out vampires! And I didn't think that it needed a whole Tablespoon of pepper and a half Tablespoon of salt. I used teaspoons instead. (I wondered if that was a misprint.) Aside from the modifications, this recipe was pretty good. Nothing to rave about, but worth making again someday.

This was my first use of an "allrecipes" dish but have many ready to roll. I did change this as someone else suggested and used Liptons Onion Soup Mix along with breadcrumbs....it was yummy and chicken very tender
