I'm a fan now too. Thank you Scotdog for recommending it. I accidentally added 1 tsp. cumin instead of 1/2 but it was still very good.

Wonderful! Became an instant family favorite. I followed the recipe exactly in order to rate it fairly. I will leave it as is for a sauce but may add an additional cream cheese for a thicker dip. We used it for a sauce on tacos and as a dip for our chips.

I made this dip for the superbowl party. My husband was not a huge fan, but it was a huge hit at the party. My neighbor, who I left the dip with when we left said she was eating it with a spoon! I did not have celery salt, so I left that out. I will definitely make this dip againe!

This is so good. I used it as a salad dressing and also for a dipping sauce for Southwestern Egg Rolls submitted by Jackie. Just delicious.

Wow, is this good or what!!! It is truly addictive and so refreshing. I made my husband very happy with this one as he is a big big fan of cilantro. What a wonderful blend of spices. Just perfect. Wouldn't change a thing. Used it with tortilla chips and as a sauce for our fish. I am sure there are a million other uses. Can't wait to show it off when summer comes for that BBQ. Thanks so much.

Easy to make, tasted fantastic, and I will absolutely make this again and again. I, like some other reviewers, wasn't exactly sure what a "bunch of cilantro" meant so I used about a third of the massive amount "bunched together" in the grocery store. I found the flavor was not too heavy and not too light. I used this as a chip dip, but I'm looking forward to other applications for it.

I made a triple batch for Super Bowl Sunday and it was awsome. I didnt have Celry salt so I used the leaves from my celery and added salt and it still turned out wonderful. We ate this with chips,Casadillas and Sub sandwichs

Served as a veggie dip and the grown-ups really liked it. Will poach some salmon and use the leftovers as a sauce.

OMG, this is the best dip ever! I didn't change a thing except that I used chipotle salsa because I couldnt' find tomatillo but it was excellent this way as well. Very easy - fantastic recipe, thank you!!!

Great sauce/dip! My husband and I love this. We eat it with white corn tortilla chips. So tasty. I find myself craving this stuff & will literally go out just to buy the ingredients to make it! A bunch of cilantro is the equivalent of what you buy in the grocery. it's usually rubberbanded and ready to go. I use the entire bunch, since we love cilantro. I will definitely make this for future parties!

I was a bit leary because the tomatillo salsa I bought was a bit spicy, so I started just adding about half. Ended up adding all of it and it turned out wonderful.

We tried this recipe tonight for the first time. I made it verbatim to the directions, except I discovered I was out of garlic powder and instead used onion powder. I still loved the way it came out. It definitely tastes like cilantro which we love here in our household. We grilled salmon fillets and topped it off with this cream sauce - it was perfect! I think the sauce would be great with crab cakes too. I think it's very complimentary to seafood and we will try it with chicken as well.
