My husband made this for our family cookoff and he took home the prize. It's fabulous and you can eat it with so many things! Everyone has asked for the recipe. This one's a keeper!

Awesome. After reading reviews I cut down on the cilantro. I did not have the tomatillo salsa so used regular.

Made this per the recipe. What a wonderful flavor! Just love it and can't wait to take it to the tailgate party today to serve with the Southwest Egg Rolls recipe from this site!! I'll update this review after the party.*** Update*** The sauce sat in the fridge for about 6 hours before going to the potluck. It was a hit and everything was getting dipped into it! It was a big hit at the party. I'm going to leave it at 5 Stars because of the versatility of the sauce/did but next time I'm going to cut back some on the Cilantro as it was a little too strong after it sit for a while.

Why why did I wait so long to make this? It's been in my recipe box forever and I finally took the plunge. I served this over grileld chicken breasts and it was divine! I used fat free ingredients and with all the seasonings, you cannot tell. YUM!

Excellent. After tasting it as is, I did add just a 1/2 tsp. more cumin. We had this on enchiladas and it really took it over the top. My husband especially raved about this.

This dip is sooo good. Just made it about 5 minutes ago to go with our mexican inspired dinner tomarrow. I did change a few things based on what I had. I used about 9 stems of cilantro & could barely taste it, I used onion powder instead of celery salt, I used cumin seeds instead of powder, & lemon juice instead of lime. Over all I really liked it & will be making it again!!

Yum, yum, yum. That's all I have to say. But you have to love the flavor of cilantro. Whenever I buy cilantro, I hardly ever use more than a little bit, so this recipe is the PERFECT way to use up that leftover cilantro. Thank you!!

Very good recipe. I used 3/4 cup cilantro and my own homemade tomatillo salsa. We used it as a dip and it was wonderful.

Great dip and very easy to make. I wasn't sure how much cilantro to add so I just grabbed a handful. I'll probably use the entire bunch next time. You can make it a day or two ahead of time if you are serving for a party. I paired with Southwestern egg rolls as others had suggested and it was a great combo.

This is reeaaalllly good. I use it with the Southwestern Egg Roll recipe as another reviewer suggested. I have never used a full 7 oz. of tomatillo salsa...the kind I got was super hot as it was so I ended up just using 3 tablespoons, maybe 4. I also add a little minced garlic in place of part of the garlic powder. Just 'cause I love a stronger garlic taste.

I made this as a dip for fried onion rings. When we finished those, my guests started dipping vegetables and bread in it. They all LOVED it and everyone was asking "What IS this?!" It will be my go-to dip whenever I need one, as it seems to go great with everything. A super success!

I made this for an office party where all of the ladies are dieting. I made it with fat free cream cheese and fat free sour cream and followed the recipe exactly. Everyone loved it. I served it with raw veggies. Will make again.

This is AWESOME! I used a can of salsa verde and added cilantro until it was just right for us. This can be used so many different ways.. the possibilities are endless! Personally, I could have just eaten it with a spoon by itself! Yes. That good :D

Excellent sauce/dip. I made this to accompany the Southwestern Egg Rolls on the recommendation of other members, and I wasn't disappointed. I used the entire bunch of cilantro, and it almost wasn't enough - I love the flavor. I also added a diced jalapeno to increase the heat, and a touch more cumin and lime juice than was called for. It was both spicy and flavorful, and extremely tasty. The recipe made a bit more than was needed for the egg rolls, so I used what was left over as a dip for tortilla chips. My fiance and friends all loved it. I may add some avocado next time, since that would compliment the flavors of the sauce well.
