This recipe is delicious. Even if you aren't a huge cilantro fan you will want to put this sauce on everything. I have used it on sandwiches, burritos, steak and grilled salmon and it made them all taste better.

I think i put in too much cilantro (whole bundle) and had a bit of an oniony taste, but still was outstanding on the egg rolls...Next time i will cut the cilantro back to half a cup or something. Also, putting this in the fridge so it hardens up a little bit also really helps make it better.

fantastic! I made this as a dip for southwestern eggrolls and it went over great. Now I make it every week and use it to dress up everything from grilled chicken to baked potatoes.

WOW! This sauce is excellent!! I followed the directions exactly as written - didn't change a thing, and didn't have to; it's perfect. I served this as a dip for some chicken fingers. Fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing!

OUTSTANDING!!! I've been using this recipe for almost a year (I know I'm late posting a review) and I always get great compliments. Almost everyone asks for the recipe, and I direct them here. My favorite thing to do with this sauce is to add olive (or veggie) oil to make it into a salad dressing. ** Think El Torito Caesar Salad dressing** this is pretty much a replica if you add the oil. Thanks for sharing - My husband, kids, and I enjoy this often!

Super easy to make and so versatile. We've had it on salmon, tilapia, pitas and as a veggie dip.

I love cilantro so I thought this would be the perfect recipe. Somehow the flavors are too strong for me. I'll continue to play with it to get just the right amount of each seasoning.

This was perfect with spicy dry rubbed pork loin. The coolnes of the sauce was the perfect compliment to the spicy paprika and chile powder! A total keeper! Made exactly as the recipe called for!

YUM!! I too served this with the Southwest Egg Rolls and it was a perfect match. There was a lot leftover though-I dipped everything I could find into it! Chips, veggies, tortillas, etc. The only slight complaint is that it was a bit too salty but that is easily rectified by cutting back on the salt next time. Wonderful!

It was pretty good. I thought it would be more like the sauce at a local resturant (Los Cucos) but it wasn't. Next time I make it, I will use less lime juice, because it was overpowering to me.

This sauce is AWESOME! My family requests it often, we usually have it with white tortilla chips and munch on it during the weekend. This one has a permanent place on my "keeper" list.

You have to try this recipe! My only alteration was adding 2 roasted garlic cloves but it would be just fine without it. I also didn't have celery salt so I used a dash of regular salt. I found a 16 oz jar of Salsa Verde by Pace in the international section of my grocery store which has jalapenos in it so it added a nice kick (I used about 1/2 the jar)! I served it with carrots, celery and pita wedges. Everyone loved this dip and couldn't stop eating it. I can't wait to make it again!

Excellent!!! Rather than using canned or jarred verde sauce, I use a Peruvian jalapeño dipping sauce recipe so everything is fresh, fresh and refreshing. Fantastic recipe Amy!

Great! I didn't have tomatillo salsa, so I used my homemade salsa and it was fabulous. I used it as a sauce for avocado enchiladas. My hubby was in heaven!
