AAAAAAAMAZING!!!!! This stuff is so good. A++++ from husband, parents & company. We now eat it with everything, it is THAT good! The left overs are for chips & dip and we fight over who gets to scrape the bowl :)

Followed the recipe to a T and the taste of the cream cheese awas over powering. I would try this again but use yogurt instead. I thought this was going to a thin sauce but instead came out thick.

This stuff is great, I didn't change a thing. I served it with quesadillas, and when they were gone, I used the rest as a dip for tortilla chips. PERFECT!!

This is now our favorite dip. My husband LOVES cilantro, so an entire (large) bunch went into this recipe. We use it on everything from breakfast eggs and hashbrowns to chicken to sandwiches to wraps (really good with cucumbers!!) Hands down one of the easiest and best. It does make a lot more than 4 servings, but it goes fast!

Creamy, spicy, and sinful! I served this sauce with the "Southwestern Egg Rolls" recipe from this site - the recipes really compliment each other. This recipe is thick like a dip rather than a sauce. Next time I might thin out the recipe into a sauce and use it as a taco topping or salad dressing.
