This is a wonderfully delicious and easy recipe, for any baking experience level. I am definitely no expert baker. I made this recipe with my 9 year old son. He did most of the measuring, mixing, kneading and punching! (I did the dividing and baking.) Not knowing whether or not he got all the measurements precise, I took a chance. It turned out fantastic! It is a bit dense, so if light and fluffy is what you are after, this many not be the bread for you. I couldn't find my big loaf pans, so we used mini's and ended up with 4 HUGE loaves. I recommend letting the loaves sit and cool a bit before cutting. Awesome! Thank you all for the tips and hints!
