This is awesome! I cut down the sugar to 1/2 cup and would use even less next time. The recipe is labor intensive, but potato salad, to me, is a special get-together food that I only eat occasionally. Thus it is worth the work.

I took this potato salad to a church luncheon and it got rave reviews. This recipe is a keeper. I will definitely make it again and again.

This recipe was just perfect! To all the people who say it's too sweet- You must let it sit! When I tried it immediately after it was done I was concerned about the sweetness. Next day- all the flavors were blended and everything was wonderful. Only thing I did different was shred the onion.
