I made this starter and used the amish friendship bread recipe without pudding on this web site. It was absolutely THE most INCREDIBLE bread I have ever tasted!
The easiest way to make the starter would be in a large zip lock bag. Do not refrigerate the starter while in it's "cycle." After I made my first loaf, I threw the rest in the fridge. I took out another cup-- without starting the process over-- and successfully made more bread, however, I think you are actually supposed to start the 10 day cycle over before using it again :)
