Made this yesterday using my kitchenAid...so easy, rose beautifully, and makes a light, fluffy, delicious bread. My breadhounds wiped out the whole loaf in about 15 minutes so I can't comment on how it works for toast, sandwiches, etc. I've armed myself with doubled calculations now, so hopefully I can keep 1 loaf and let my loveys devour the other. I better start buying bread flour in bulk...... Thanks for a great recipe.
