These turned out pretty good. Instead of grilling, I cooked them in a pan with the marinade for about 25 minutes.

Finally! Pork chops that my entire family loved! My husband doesn't like the pork/fruit recipes, so I'd given up hope of ever finding a pork chop recipe that even he would eat. I doubled the recipe with intentions of making a pork fried rice the following day, but it was all gone!

Very good. I did increase the Worcestershire to 2 teaspoons. Very easy!

Simple. Plus a great recipe for camping. A week before we go camping, I put my pork chops in a self-seal baggie and add the marinade, then throw it in the freezer. When I pack up my cooler, the frozen chops help keep the rest of the stuff cool and while they are defrosting, they marinate. Usually they are ready to go by the second night for supper.

We have been using this recipe for years. We sometimes omit the worc. sauce. This is always a hit no matter if we are marinating pork chops or chicken breasts. Thanks!
