All three of us (including the 2-year-old) gobbled this right up! I was forced to modify it because I could not find condensed vegetable soup, even after searching three different stores. So I made a double batch and used one can each of condensed broccoli and condensed celery soup. Because I doubled it to solve the soup problem, I made two pies. We ate one that night, and I left one without cheese and put it in the fridge for later in the week. When it was time to cook the second, I just used the same time and temperature, adding the cheese as directed by the original recipe. The second pie was just as good as the first! I will definitely make this again.
