LOVE the ingredients: raisins, dates, coconut, & walnuts! But I had problems: the cookies stuck like glue to the pan. Next I greased the pan, to no avail. Also, they flattened right out, perhaps due to old baking powder & soda. I added new to compensate; still no rise. (At least I have great crumbs for toppings!)

This cookie was a nice change of pace. I have never had one like it. I really enjoyed it. I can’t even think of any changes that needed to happen to make it better. I think I might even include these on my cookie trays for Christmas.
