I doubled this and added a cup of matchstick carrots and three minced cloves of garlic in when I sauteed the vegetables. After I combined everything, I threw the whole lot in the crockpot on LOW. I'll update how it was once we have it for dinner. EDITED: It's different. We ate it, but didn't enjoy it as much as giblet stuffing.
