Deeeelicious! I've given this bread to family and friends and it's always gotten rave reviews. It's my go-to when I want an easy bread and don't have any yeast on hand.

Very easy to make and delicious with a big smear of jam on top. This makes a pretty big loaf. You might want to split it in two and bake two medium loaves (more crust that way too!)

One of the best Irish Soda bread recipes...with a little tweaking...I added an extra 1/4 c of buttermilk, some currents and caraway seeds. My family could not get enough...will make again next St. Patty's Day!
