Great recipe! I made it with the exact ingredients. Perfect for freezing! I usually form out two crusts after letting the dough rise for the first time, and then I'll just put them on a baking sheet in the freezer. When frozen, I take them back out, wrap them up, and put them back. Then, when I want a pizza, all I have to do is take out the already formed crust, put on toppings of my choice and pop it in the oven! No need to let it thaw!

This recipe was fantastic!! I also used all whole wheat flour and it was great. Instead of putting the pizza in the oven to bake. I put it on the BBBQ grill and it was awesome! I will never put pizza in the oven again.

Just made this recipie, came out great! My husband and two picky daughters both loved it. I am not a big fan of wheat bread, but I like this crust.

Awsome! Easy! and Super Yummy! I had no problems making this recipe. Although I love cooking, I don't make much bread. I'm glad I took a chance on this recipe.

I use whole wheat flour for the entire recipie to keep in healthy. I've tried alot of wheat pizza dough recipies and this is by far the best one. It takes a little longer to make because of the rising but it's worth it. My husband loved it also and he is a die hard Pizza Hut guy.

The crust was totally bland and definitely needed something else. I probably won't be making this again.

Tastes good, I let the bread machine do the mixing. I made two 12" pizzas and they held up to alot of toppings. Nice to know you're getting a little extra with this recipe.

This was a hit at my house. I did change the recipe a little. I used all whole wheat flour (3 1/4) cups as others have suggested, added some flax seed and some italian seasoning.I did pre cook the dough @ 500 for 5 min. Then I put the toppings and cooked it @ 425 for about 10 minutes. All in the best whole wheat pizza I have ever had. Thanks.

AMAZING is right! My very picky 5.5 year old cries and BEGS for this pizza!! I've made it exactly as per the recipe, and I've also used only WW flour. I like it better with the white flour, but really, it's the best pizza crust recipe ever. Thanks so much for posting!

Friends warned us that whole wheat pizza crust usually turns out dense or soggy. Not this recipe! It turned out crisp on the bottom and chewy. Perfect. I split the recipe in half, kept the dough in the fridge for two days and made a second pizza later. This will be a staple recipe in my house! We topped our pizza with spinach, garlic, onions, roasted peppers, eggplant, sauce and mozeralla. Delicious and filling!

This is the best whole wheat pizza crust I have ever had! If you do use it to make just one pizza make sure you have a pan big enough for it. :) It makes a big pizza that is absolutely fabulous! I put corn meal on my pan instead of oil and it worked great keeping the crust from sticking

Good, it did taste a little yeasty. I made two mini deep dish pizzas. Should have done three! I didn't expect the second rise to be so fluffy but it was. I ended up with really fat crusts. I filled them with veggie beef, tomato sauce, spinach, sundried tomatoes and mozza cheese. Yum! I think next time with some tweaking it'll be amazing.

Amazing crust! I didn't modify the recipe other than to include some chopped fresh rosemary and flax, which turned out really nicely. I also rubbed the dough balls with an herby-garlicy-olive oil for the second fermentation, which I think turned out nicely. I baked my pizza in a pre-heated cast iron pan, which gave an amazing golden brown crust on the bottom. highly recommended!
