The song, He Ain't Heavy...he's my brother," applies here. It's not too much work to do the 3-steps cuz the results are bodelicious! I've always boiled the excess fat from ribs & chicken w/skin before grilling so no problem for me. I used Sweet Baby Ray's sauce with a jigger of Jack Daniels added. Too much sauce & too hi of heat will make flames & burn your ribs. Served with Mexican Cornbread Salad, baked yams & ice cold melon platter. Yum OH!!! Thanks for sharing recipe!!!
