Can't taste the mayo. Chicken was all right - not dry, but not terribly moist, either. Probably will not make this again, unless I really tweak it.

This was a good chicken recipe; however, it was not extraordinary. The first few bites were really good, but it became rather bland as we kept eating. My family liked it though, so I will probably make it again sometime.

I've made this a few times, and my husband has declared it his new favorite meal. He calls it his comfort meal and asks for it every time hes feeling stressed or sad. Its also so easy to make. I made a few changes though. I had Parmesan bread crumbs so, i added some spices to it: garlic powder, lemon pepper, paprika, cajun seasoning, and then some Italian seasoing. I also used boneless, skinless chicken thighs as my husband did not like it with the chicken breasts (he doesn't like white meat). I, however, thought it tasted great with the white meat and i am not a white meat fan. Great recipe that has become a family favorite! :)

This is SERIOUSLY the best chicken recipe for a quick meal. Of course I changed it up a bit. Instead of breadcrumbs I used Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mixed with shreaded parmesean cheese, this makes it VERY crispy and gives it a good flavor! I tenderized the chicken and seasoned with salt, garlic powder, a touch of ginger and pepper. Smoothered the chicken in mayo and then rolled it in the stuffing and cheese mix. Baked at 400 degrees for 30 minutes exact and came out PERFECT! Tender and juicy and just enough crisp on the outside. This is an awesome recipe you can tailor to your needs!

Very easy. I did 2/3 mayo and 1/3 ranch dressing. As suggested, I sprinkled Parmesan cheese and chili powder over the top. Cooked for 35 minutes and it came out perfect. Not the best, but the best in a time crunch. My picky daughter loved it.

I actually thought this was very good!! Even my picky 3 and 6 year olds ate it all. I planned this at the last minute - had partially defrosted whole chicken breasts. I did the mayo and crumbs, then sprinkled with Lawry's and at the end put some fresh parm on top. It was very good, though it took 45-60 min., probably because the chicken breasts were still somewhat frozen - definitely a keeper!

This recipe is extremely easy. I added 1/2 a tablespoon of mustard and chili powder and pepper to the mayo. It was pretty flavorful however I thought the texture was a little gooey. I served it with salad but I think it would go really well with spaghetti. Tomato sauce would be good with it.

This wasn't "amazing" to me or my fiance. A more fitting name for this recipe is "Amazingly Easy Chicken." I guess you can say it's "amazing" considering the level of difficulty. I don't think I'll make this again.

A simple recipe with ingredients I had on hand. It came out well, but my husband said it wasn't as "amazing" as I had hyped it up to be. :)

Hmmmm, not sure what everyone is raving about. To me it's just another breaded chicken recipe. I did add Parmesan as many recommended and I had to cut the time back to 25 mins because they were drying out. Will keep searching.

This is a good basis for a chicken dinner. I tried this recipe with a slight alteration. I used cut up chicken quarters. My brother LOVED it!!! He had 2 helpings... And so did I and my mother. I am saving this recipe for future reference.

I followed the other reviewers' advice and punched up the recipe a bit by adding some seasonings. I sprinkled some garlic powder,Mrs.Dash table blend and some lemon pepper over the chicken. I also followed another reviewers advice with the dijon mustard but added instead 1tbl. sweet & hot mustard since that is what I had. I also added 1/4 cup of romano cheese to the mayo. It was very easy. I put the mayo mixture and the breadcrumb mixture on 2 separate coated paper plates and just tossed them when I was finished. The recipe wasn't bad at all..Just wasnt WOW factor for us. Would I make it again? If I was pressed for time maybe. The chicken was very moist, and we squeezed some lime juice over it before eating.I served with roasted potatoes and a salad.

Great easy recipe. I did add the following as suggested by others: 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 tsp cayenne (both to the mayonnaise) and parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs. Very, very moist. I don't like mayonnaise and I couldn't taste it at all. Also, as other recommended, I didn't bother putting the bread crumbs on the underside of the chicken. Thanks for a great new recipe, Karriecarlyle!
