This was okay, not amazing (and I did add some spices to kick it up). I'd pass this on to a "first time cook," but I will not make again.

Absolutely LOVED this recipe! The chicken came out so juicy and tender! I added a teeny bit of sour cream and ranch dressing to the mayo and sprinkled in a little paprika with the bread crumbs before I rolled the chicken in it. Great recipe!

I made this for dinner using thin sliced boneless pork chops instead of chinken. It was FANTASTIC. My 10yr old, who probably would have died if he know it had mayo in it absolutely loved it!!!

This was very good. Not quite as tasty as when I do the flour, egg, breadcrumbs...then cook in olive oil on the stove, but much faster and much less cleanup. My husband really couldn't tell the difference between the 2 different ways, and this chicken was super moist. I would make this again if I didn't have time to make the traditional way or if I was feeling lazy.

This was super good. I only made two slight changes. First I used Reduced Fat Miracle Whip and second a used a little Rance Dressing mix with the Miracle Whip. Super good and moist. My 8 year old made most of it with very little help.

I love this! Chicken is my least favorite meat and I ate more of it prepared this way than I ever have in one sitting! I also added the ranch seasoning. Absolutely delicious! Thank you for such an easy delicious chicken recipe.

Very good and easy. I cooked it a little too long (the time it stated on the recipe was too long for the chicken breasts that I used). It went well with scalloped potatoes.

I hate mayonnaise but thought I'd try this recipe due to the ease and limited ingredients which I had on hand. I added a generous dash of garlic powder, lemon pepper, and parmesan to the Italian crumbs. It turned out to be very moist and tasted like a fried chicken. I'll be making this one again.

Yep, this chicken is truly amazing! I changed it up a bit by seasoning the chicken with adobo, sazon, and ground oregano before coating with mayo. Since the chicken was already seasoned, I opted for plain breadcrumbs. We had some family visiting and everyone loved this chicken - even all the kids.

This was good, I certainly wouldn't call it amazing chicken. Somthing seemed to be missing. I will try it again though, it was simple enough. Next time i will season the chicken a bit before putting on the mayo.

I have made this before the only thing is instead of just the mayo alone mix Parmesan cheese with it first I'll say about 1/4 a cup or more or what ever amount you like. Just not to much it can be salty. Then spread all over the chicken and then sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake till chicken is done.

Great recipe. I am not a chicken lover but the rest of my family is. I took the advice of some other reviewers and sprayed the tops with PAM before baking and the chicken was crispy and delicious! My kids ate it all!

Quick and easy. My family enjoyed it. I added some seasonings (salt, garlic powder) to the chicken to prevent it from being to bland.
