I made this for my husband and his brother, and they both liked it a lot. I added garlic powder and Parmesan cheese to the bread crumb mixture, and I sprayed the tops of the chicken with cooking spray before I baked them. This made it a little more crunchy. I was a little nervous about this recipe since I HATE mayonnaise, but you can't taste it. So even if you are a mayonnaise hater like me, give it a try!

Amazing it is. I didn't have time to coat the chicken and dip it in the bread crumbs so I covered the chicken with mayo and topped it off with the bread crumbs. It was amazing. Everytime I make this everyone raves over it.

I can't say this was amazing, just thought it was o.k. Tasted just like chicken coated in Italian-seasoned bread crumbs. I can't tell what the mayo did...probably won't be making this again.

These are good. I used reduced-fat mayo, marinated the chicken (lightly salted) in garlic for a few hours, and didn't flip the chicken while they were baking (usually the breading gets really messed up from that).

I use this time and time again with various types of bread crumbs, from freshly toasted and grated to boxed. Works every time!

I don't know about "amazing," but it was good chicken. I'd give it a 4.5 if I could.

This was okay, but I will just dip mine in egg next time like I normally do-it's easier and the taste is not that different. I guess if I am ever out of eggs I would make this again.

I love this chicken and so does my mom. I took one reviewer's suggestion and sprayed cooking spray on the coating to make it crispier. The chicken was moist and tender. Definitely will be making again

So easy to prepare and absolutely delicious! My entire family was impressed and couldn't believe it only has 3 ingredients. The italian flavored bread crumbs give it an awesome flavor. I seasoned my chicken tenders with sea salt and a little pepper before dipping them in the mayo. I will make this again for sure!

I loved this recipe! Just made it for dinner and everyone loved it. I did follow other suggestions to add 1/2 pack of ranch in with mayo, and also added paprika and adobo with bread crumbs. Delicious. I sprinkled with parmasian cheese after I cooked to try it out and it was delicious. Next time I will add the cheese while it cooks. Easy and delicious!

I loved this recipe, and so did my boyfriend. I did cut the chicken into strips and seasoned them with salt, pepper and oregano before coating them in mayo and bread crumbs (I used Smart Balance mayo). We used marinara sauce for dipping. Perfect for chicken parmesan. Will be making again, thanks for sharing!

For all the mayonnaise it's a pretty basic tasting chicken. I might try to use some type of seasoning in the mayo next time for a little change. It's crunchy and moist, my toddlers loved this one!

Absolutely amazing. If you use chicken strips instead it tastes like chicken tenders, I put the oven to 300 and cooked only for 20 min in this case. I have made this three times now, twice for my family, once for friends. My Friend usually HATES chicken, but loved it. It always comes out very moist which is hard to do with Chicken. It's so easy to make and nice to know you can spend more time on sides etc. WONDERFUL!! Thanks for sharing this recipe that will be making for years to come.

Great chicken. I used already Italian seasoned chicken, the kinda that comes pre-portioned (I can't think of the brand that makes it). It still came out great. I still continue to make it!

This was ok. I ended up coating them a little too much but other than that, just an ok recipe for chicken.

This was okay, not amazing (and I did add some spices to kick it up). I'd pass this on to a "first time cook," but I will not make again.

Absolutely LOVED this recipe! The chicken came out so juicy and tender! I added a teeny bit of sour cream and ranch dressing to the mayo and sprinkled in a little paprika with the bread crumbs before I rolled the chicken in it. Great recipe!
