Yummy! I used miracle whip instead of mayo, and it turned out great! The chicken was moist and tender, the whole family loved it! The only change I would make would be to add a little more seasoning to the bread crumbs. Will definitely make this again!

I have made this receipe 3 times and it always turns out great. It's so tender and juicy. Tastes just like fried chicken. I was skeptical about the mayonnaise but you can't even tell it's in the recipe. My husband hates mayonnaise and he hasn't even noticed. I won't share that little secret with him!

Made this for dinner. I got great reviews from my boyfriend :) it was easy to make and and little to clean up afterwards. The chicken came out juicy and went perfect with mash potatoes and a tomato&cucumber salas

Quick, Simple and TASTY! I love to cook, but my housemates like things simple. So this is a perfect dish for us! It gives me the pleasure of cooking, yet it is so simple and full of flavor! I will definitely be making this over and over again!

This is fantastic! I used parmesan bread crumbs and made it like chicken parmesan with marinara sauce and melted cheese with side of spaghetti. Husband thought I got take out at Olive Garden!

Loved this easy recipe. Turned out crispy and moist. Hint: you don't have to put alot of mayo on and you should lightly coat the chicken, not dredge it. That's how you get the crispness. Thanks for this recipe.

Great and easy recipe, for a little different take, after 15 minutes in the oven, spread a very thin layer of honey bbq sauce and sprinkle with finely shredded mozzarella cheese! We loved it this way, served with stuffing and broccoli!

My whole family liked it when I made this. I just mixed the bread crumbs with some Montreal chicken seasoning. I would just recommend applying the mayo with a brush, because it's hard to make it even with your fingers!

I made this chicken tonight for me and my Fiancee. We both had our different opinions about it. I myself, loved it. I thought it was fantastic, but yet so simple. Her on the other hand, just thought it was "ok". I have it 4 stars out of 5 because it was really good, but not the best. -Kyle

I was very reluctant to use this recipe but had leftover mayo from a previous recipe I used. However, as previous posts claim, I could not even taste the mayo at all! I did add some of the recommended spices, such as a tad cayenne pepper, parmesan cheese and garlic. My husband said he'd add more garlic and cayenne pepper next time to add more flavor. But overall, it was very good. We both don't really like breaded chickens but didn't mind this one. Will make again!

Awesome flavor and so very moist too! I made this chicken last night and served it over a bed of steel cut oats (cooked in chicken broth) with Cream of Fresh Asparagus II soup (from this site) drizzled over the top of it. Needless to say, it was a great dinner!

This was amazingly easy to make though not amazing in taste. I added several seasonings to the bread crumbs (paprika, garlic powder, cajun seasoning) but was not that impressed with the results.
