This really was amazing chicken. The mayonaise kept it unbelievably moist. I used the advice of others to use a brush to apply the mayo, added some italian Good Seasonings dry dressing to the mayo, and added some garlic, parmesan and parsley to the bread crumbs. Extremely easy and very good.

This was okay. A little bland. Would be better with some spices or garlic...

Very good chicken. I loved this recipe. I will be making it all the time. I did play it up a little and added some spices of my choice. I served it with garlic sauteed green beans and roasted potatoes. Thanks for the good recipe.

I was worried to use this recipe because my husband hates mayonnaise. When I cooked this for the first time, we were pleasantly surprised with how tender the chicken was and the flavor. It is quick and easy and is now a regular in our house! Thank you so much for the recipe!

I liked this recipes a lot. I did cut the chicken into small pieces, so my kids would be more willing to taste it. They loved it, I used the olive oil mayo to reduce the calories and added some personal spices to the bread crumbs becasue we like things with a kick and added parmesian cheese, Thanks.

I add a pkg. of zesty italian Good Seasons to the mayo and substitute parmesan for 1/2 of the bread crumbs. This is delish with couscous for a quick dinner (If you pound the chix breasts or use cutlets, it's much quicker, like 20 min) and it's also good with cheese and spaghetti sauce melted over for a quick chicken parm. Yummy.

I've been making this for awhile prior to finding this recipe. I add Dijon mustard and fresh ground pepper to the mayo. I also use panko bread crumbs instead of the Italian ones. Much more flaky and doesn't take away from the flavor of the mayo/mustard coating. Yum!!!

Normally, I don't prefer chicken; however, prepared this way is very, very good. You don't taste the mayo at all, but it sure holds in the moisture, and gives it great flavor, along with the breadcrumbs. Thanks for this recipe!!
