My family really liked this recipe. Anytime I need breadcrumbs, I use the Italian blend. Makes everything have more flavor!

We didn't especially care for this. Maybe it's because of the Italian breadcrumbs, usually we are a pretty bland family. Thanks for sharing!

Easy and delicious. I added onion and garlic powder, red and black pepper, and parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs.

Very similar to my "oven fried chicken". Very easy to make. For a little more flavor, I use ranch dressing instead of mayo. I also use cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs. I like to experiment with different crackers. Right now I am on a "sociables" kick. Lots of good flavored crackers out there to use in your recipes.

This was the first recipe I ever made from this site and it was DELICIOUS!! The chicken was so moist, it was perfect. My picky grandmother even loved it and always requested that I make it.

I took this basic recipe and made it awesome! I've made it before exactly the way instructed and it was very good. However this last time I took the chicken breast and baked it at 350 for 30 mins and the last 10 mins I topped with 1 cup prego and mozz cheese. This ended up being the best chicken parm I've ever eaten.

Easy and tasty! Bake it on a wire rack over a baking sheet to crisp up both sides. Also feel free to spice up the mayo with garlic powder, onion powder, parmesan or a pinch of cayenne. Delicious!

This is a very good recipe for baked chicken, my husband thought it sounded funny when I told him what I was doing, but it works! The chicken was very moist. I also made a few small modifications and added some parmesan cheese and garlic powder to the bread crumbs, turned out wonderful. I will be making this again. Thanks for the recipe!

This recipe is very nice as-is and perfect for most meals. I was in a mood for "slow cooking", so I altered it a bit. I pounded the chicken a bit to tenderize, then seasoned with a little salt and pepper. I also made garlic mayo - 2 cloves of garlic, put through the press, some thyme and a bit of pepper. Coated the chicken with that. Seasoned the breadcrumbs myself too, with some salt, pepper, thyme and oregano. OMG. Soooo good. That made it a 5. But even as is, 4 or 4.5

This recipe will definitely be made again in my house. Very simple and quick to prepare. I didn't have breadcrumbs on hand, so I used crushed corn flakes and added some Italian seasoning and some parm cheese. The combo was great. The chicken was very moist and tasted great. One problem...the bottom of my chicken was soggy. Maybe next time I won't use as much mayo/crumbs on the bottom side.

This recipe also works very well with boneless pork chops. Make it the same way, just with a different kind of meat. I hate mayonnaise, too, but the taste is very subtle and the meal turns out very nicely.

This really was amazing chicken. The mayonaise kept it unbelievably moist. I used the advice of others to use a brush to apply the mayo, added some italian Good Seasonings dry dressing to the mayo, and added some garlic, parmesan and parsley to the bread crumbs. Extremely easy and very good.
