I enjoyed the flavors in this dish much more than I thought I would. I was running a bit short on time, so rather than sauteing the onion and garlic I subbed onion and garlic powder. I also only had plain bread crumbs so I simply added a bit extra pepper, dried parsley flakes, and a little bit of cayenne pepper. I did add a couple tablespoons of lemon juice too. Hubby wished this had been spicier, but I thought it was fine just as it was. I'll make this again, it's a good, quick meal.
